Copyright notices

Sending a notice

If you believe something on BingeReel infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The work you say is infringed.
3. Where the material is on BingeReel, precisely enough for us to find it (a series link and episode number).
4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Designated agent

Counter-notice

If we removed your material and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same agent with your signature, the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of [court to be confirmed by counsel].

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
