Community guidelines

Comments are for talking about the series. Keep it about the story, and keep it kind to the people reading.

What you can post

Reactions, theories, favourite scenes and questions about a series or episode, in your own words.

What we remove

• Harassment, bullying and hate aimed at a person or group
• Sexual content
• Anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way
• Threats, violence and content that encourages self-harm
• Personal information, yours or anyone else's
• Spam and links
• Pretending to be another person, BingeReel staff or a brand
• Promotion unrelated to the series

Reports

Long-press a comment and tap Report. A moderator checks the report queue [check frequency to be confirmed]. Reported comments stay hidden from the reporter while they wait.

Suspensions

1. First removal that breaks these rules: no commenting for 7 days.
2. Second: no commenting for 30 days.
3. Third: commenting removed permanently.

Severe cases, such as content involving minors, can go straight to a permanent removal.

Appeals

Use the support form with the topic Account and privacy, and tell us which comment and when.

Accounts for ages 13 to 17

Accounts in the 13 to 17 age band see comments and posts on series that are not rated 18+, and can report them. At launch they cannot post, reply or like.
